I’m so excited! This site started out as my personal blog and over the last few month’s I’ve really been thinking and planning to make it a better site for everyone. You’ll see a few of the changes I’ve made at first glance. The whole design has changed and it’s definitely a work in progress, so bare with me as those changes slowly begin to take shape.

How do you like those falling leaves? Just a bit of a touch to show you that I like to have fun around here. As it says up there at the top, we work hard AND play hard around here. So, tell me are they distracting? Do you like them, hate them? Give it to me straight mamas!

As I said before, when I changed over to the They Call Me Wahmmy domain name, I had big plans in store. What I didn’t realize is just how much my brain had in store for me with it. Over the last few months I’ve taken time to really plan out what it is that I wanted this site to be. As the plans started to fall in place, I realized very quickly that I couldn’t do it on my own.

So, I decided to seek out other work at home moms in various fields to make this a site that other moms who want to and already do work from home can come to for information. But, I couldn’t stop there. You see, I thoroughly believe in order to get the most out of being a work at home mom, you gotta like what you do and have fun in life.

It’s way too easy to get overwhelmed by your business. It’s even easier to stop having a good time and let your business overtake you. Trust me on this ladies, I’ve been there and it ain’t pretty. (Yep I just used the word ain’t…shhh don’t tell my clients). It’s down right horrible because not only do you start suffering physically, mentally, and emotionally, but so do your kiddos.

Not cool…sooo not cool!
