		<description>I find that planning is the only way to go.  It really does save you time and money.  I do not even like to go into a store without a list except if I am on vacation and I go into a new store.  I tell all of my friends to do the same thing.</description>

As for meal planning, I do it too! I do a bi-weekly plan and even post a &quot;menu&quot; on the fridge for the two weeks. 

The only problem I have is that hubby seems to want to switch meals around, which isn&#039;t too bad unless he decides he wants something an hour before dinner and it&#039;s still in the freezer. ;)

And, definitely if you go more than week don&#039;t buy your produce (especially lettuce) for the entire two weeks. I&#039;ve done this a few times and ended up having to throw it out before it got used.</description>
