Want to Work at Home? Break Into Wahminess the Same Way I Did!

Files under Just Plain Wahmminess | Posted by Arika

Writing is the bulk of my VA business and is how I got my start working online. I love to write and honestly I don’t think I would have learned as much as I have about Internet marketing (and as quickly as I have) if it weren’t for writing for online business owners.

I’ve been working on something big for my business, and although I can’t let the cat out of the bag just yet, I will tell you that during the learning/planning stages I’ve gained a client who is looking to hire an intern for her writing business.

So, if you’re interested in becoming a work at home mom check this out, but HURRY because I know it won’t take her long to fill the position due to the number of moms who would kill for an opportunity like this one. And, the deadline for submitting your application is August 1st!

A Writer for Hire Seeks:

Internet Ghostwriting & Blogging Intern

This is a non-paid opportunity, with the potential to turn into a paid contractor position based on performance, to learn the trade of ghostwriting and blogging techniques for Internet business owners.

You will learn how to create articles, special reports, blog posts, and other forms of writing for the Internet as well as learn how to post your writing to blogs using WordPress and other blogging platforms.

• Understanding Content (what it is and why it’s so important to website owners)
• Online Writing Basics
• Conducting Research (on and offline)
• Keywords (meaning, importance and usage)
• Brainstorming
• The Difference between Articles, Reports, Blog Posts, & Rewrites

The Ghostwriting & Blogging Intern position requires an investment of 20 hours per week (learning and working) for four weeks and can turn into a long-term paid position. What time of day and what days you do the majority of your work is not important, but you must have at least five hours a week available in the morning or afternoon during the business week for training.

• Knowledge of the English Language

To Apply:

Send resume outlining skills & experience to: alyssaavant@gmail.com

Include a Cover Letter that expresses your interest in ghostwriting for A Writer for Hire and any particular experience that you have that would make you a good candidate.

Be open about your long-term goals as they relate to writing for the Internet.
